The Agricultural Leadership Foundation of Hawaii (ALFH) is pleased to announce that Hawaii’s premier agriculture conference, Hawaii Agriculture Conference 2012 – Leveraging Partnerships for Profit, will take place on September 20 – 21, 2012, at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The theme for this conference, Leveraging Partnerships for Profit, was inspired by the United Nations Year of the Cooperative, which aims to recognize the growing awareness that working together in our local communities makes good business sense. Please be our partner as we bring this important program to our agricultural community.

The ALFH board members would like to offer your company sponsorship opportunities for this year’s two-day conference event. Sponsors and their guests will enjoy inspiring keynote speakers, educational sessions and workshops, a two-day trade show, a brief awards presentation and a wonderful all Hawaii products luncheon. The conference programming will not only inspire collaboration but also will share and teach tangible examples and tools for community and business partnerships. The planning committee has identified successful local examples of how these models work and are identifying areas where building capacity will bring everyone closer to a collective vision - a healthy and thriving agricultural sector.

Keynote speakers will open minds to new ways of thinking as we Leverage Partnerships for Profit. Our confirmed guest speakers, including Lauren Anderson the Innovation Director of Collaborative Lab, Larry Yee Co-Founder of Food Commons and Sarah Stokes Alexander the Director of Environment Practice at The Keystone Center will share their knowledge on topics ranging from captivating global trends to food chain collaborations to fields in active production.

We formally invite your company to join us as a sponsor of the conference. Please take a look at the sponsor levels and benefits listed on the Sponsorship Levels and Benefits page enclosed. We request a completed pledge form ASAP but by August 1, 2012 and full payment by September 1, 2012.
