All rooms have a medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave oven. Additionally, we offer complimentary high-speed internet access as well as complimentary wi-fi in all guest rooms. The easiest way to make a reservation is on line at our dedicated conference webpage. Reservations can be made on line here. The special rate cut-off date is Monday August 20, 2012. Room requests after this cut-off date will be confirmed on space available, and if available will be extended at the group rate.
